2. Booking Process

Bookings can be made by phone, WhatsApp, or through the forms on our website. A booking is confirmed only once our team has verbally or in writing confirmed the pickup time, vehicle type, and fare with you. Submitting an online form is a booking request, not an automatic confirmation.

3. Pricing & Payment

Fares are communicated to you at the time of booking confirmation and depend on the route, distance, vehicle type, and trip duration. Additional charges (such as toll, parking, state permits for outstation trips, or waiting time beyond the agreed limit) may apply and will be communicated where possible. Payment is collected directly by the driver or our team at the time of or after service, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

4. Your Responsibilities

Provide accurate pickup/drop details and contact information.
Be ready at the agreed pickup location and time.
Treat drivers and vehicles with respect; you are responsible for any damage caused during your ride due to negligence or misuse.
Ensure all passengers follow applicable safety guidelines, including seatbelt use.

5. Driver & Vehicle Standards

We aim to provide background-verified drivers and clean, well-maintained vehicles. If you experience an issue with a driver or vehicle, please report it to us as soon as possible so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
